"WE ARE PROUD OF ALL OUR PROJECTS"
Without a doubt, as evidenced by our impressive resume of completed Healthcare projects and our extensive list of repeat clients, MSI is the preferred contractor to build a hospital or medical type building. Whether new or renovation (or both in the same contract), the dynamics of a Healthcare project make them a challenge to build. We help our clients look good to their Healthcare clients so it’s a win-win-win situation.
We’ve heard it said that a Corporate Headquarters is more than just a building – it’s also a reflection on a company’s culture. Since these types of projects are so important to our clients, being entrusted to build one is an honor. Over the years, we have had the privilege and honor to build many corporate facilities because of the trust that we have earned from our clients.
As the small clapboard church on Main Street USA gave way to larger and more complicated buildings, MSI became the go-to Ecclesiastical drywall subcontractor. We know how large churches operate which also helps us build them.
MSI's K-12 and Higher Education experience is unparalleled due to the quantity and variety of education projects we've completed. Whether our client contracts to build classrooms, a gym, fine arts building, research facility, student housing or a library, we have done them all before!
On every level—local, county, state, and federal—MSI has built virtually every type of Institutional Facility. Whether our client has a courthouse, prison, plant, etc, we have successfully completed them. Since these types of projects are usually also paperwork and process oriented, we have learned how to facilitate them as well as build them.
We categorize a building as “Special Use” when it doesn’t fit into other categories. Aquariums, amusement parks, entertainment venues, sports and recreation types of buildings are only a few examples of special use projects we’ve built for our clients over the years.
Even though the office building market has waned over the past several years due to the economic downturn, our low, mid and high-rise office building experience is both extensive and impressive. When the office market rebounds, MSI will help our clients “go vertical,” again.
There are basically two bacic types of building designs in our business, repetitive or non repetitive. While most other types of projects generally fit into the “non” category, hotels and condos are repetitive. To be successful on a hotel or condo, builders must know how to manage their work on a “cycled schedule”. MSI knows how to effectively set up, build and manage using a cycled schedule.
